Booking and hours
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, individuals and families. Book online any time or call (239) 260-5968.
Can I book an appointment online?
Yes. Book online any time, day or night, and you’ll get a confirmation right away.
What are your office hours?
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
Where are you located?
6605 Hillway Circle, Suite 100, Naples, FL 34112. Free parking is right in front of the office. Get directions.
What if I need to change my appointment?
Let us know at least 48 hours ahead. Appointments cancelled or missed with less notice have a $100 fee. Our appointment policy.
Cost and payment
How much is a new patient visit?
$109. It includes a full exam, digital X-rays, an iTero scan, and a cleaning when appropriate. Plan for about 90 minutes. What to expect.
Do you take dental insurance?
You can use your dental benefits here. Altamar doesn’t participate in insurance networks, so you pay Altamar directly. Our team submits your claim, and any reimbursement your plan owes goes straight to you. How using your benefits works.
What if I don’t have dental benefits?
The Altamar Smile Club is a yearly membership: $360 individual, $460 periodontal, or $560–$860 for families of 2–4. It covers two exams, two cleanings, an emergency exam and a full set of X-rays each year, plus member savings on treatment. It’s a discount membership, not insurance, and can’t be combined with insurance or other discounts. See Smile Club plans.
Do you offer financing?

Are consultations free?
Yes. Invisalign, cosmetic and implant consultations are free, with no obligation.
Emergencies
Can I be seen the same day for a dental emergency?
Yes. Call (239) 260-5968 during office hours and we’ll see you the same day. The emergency visit is $150, and any treatment is discussed with you before we start. Emergency care.
Your dentists and care
Who are the dentists?
Dr. Julio Marino and Dr. Shirley Marquez, both graduates of Meharry Medical College. They are married, opened Altamar together in July 2019, own the practice, and both still treat patients. You won’t be passed to an associate you’ve never met. Meet the team.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. We see patients in English and Spanish, and Dr. Marquez also treats patients in Portuguese. Dentista en Naples.
What services do you offer?
Exams and cleanings, periodontal care, crowns, dental implants, dentures, full-mouth rehabilitation, Invisalign, veneers, whitening, digital smile design, sedation, and same-day emergency care. All services.
Do you offer Invisalign?
Yes. Altamar is an Invisalign Gold Provider, and an Invisalign simulation lets you preview the result before you decide. Consultations are free. About Invisalign.
Do you offer sedation?

What technology do you use?
iTero Lumina scanning, CBCT 3D imaging and digital X-rays, so we can show you what we see instead of asking you to take our word for it.
