When several things need attention, it’s easy to end up with a crown here and a filling there, each decided on its own. We start the other way around. Dr. Marino or Dr. Marquez looks at everything first: how you bite, what’s worn, what’s missing, and what you want your smile to look like.
Then we plan the work as one picture, using CBCT 3D imaging, an iTero scan and Digital Smile Design, so each restoration fits the ones around it. Sometimes that’s a single filling. Sometimes it’s a full-mouth reconstruction. You’ll see the whole plan, in order, before anything starts.

Tooth-colored fillings
Composite fillings bond directly to the tooth and match its color. No silver fillings.
Crowns
A custom ceramic crown restores a damaged or weakened tooth. We design it from a digital scan instead of a mold, so it fits comfortably and looks natural.
Bridges
A digitally designed bridge replaces one or more missing teeth and keeps the teeth beside the gap from shifting.
Complete dentures
Full dentures replace every tooth in an arch. We take the time to get the fit and the look right, so you can eat, speak and smile comfortably.
Partial dentures
A removable partial replaces several missing teeth while keeping the natural teeth you still have. We design it to be comfortable and secure.
Root canal therapy
When a tooth is infected, a root canal can often save it. Under local anesthesia, we remove the infected tissue, clean the inside of the tooth and seal it.

CBCT 3D imaging
A 3D view of your jawbone, nerves and sinuses, so implant placement is planned before we begin.

An exact digital impression of your mouth, with no goopy molds. It guides every step, from planning to the final crown.
3D-printed surgical guides
We design and print each guide in the office, so the implant goes in at the angle and depth we planned.

It depends on what you need and the materials involved. After your exam, your written plan lists each step and what it costs, and nothing starts until you’ve said yes.

You can still use them here. Altamar doesn’t participate in insurance networks, so you pay Altamar directly — our team submits your claim, and any reimbursement your plan owes goes straight to you.

We accept CareCredit, and HFD offers longer terms for larger plans. You can pre-qualify with HFD before you come in.

Restorative dentistry FAQ
How long do dental implants last?
With good care, 20 to 30 years, or even a lifetime. The titanium post fuses with your jawbone and becomes a lasting foundation for the crown, bridge or denture on top.
Does getting a crown hurt?
The procedure itself shouldn’t; we use local anesthesia so you’re comfortable. Some mild sensitivity for a few days afterward is normal, and it usually settles quickly.
How much do dentures cost?
It depends on the type of denture, complete or partial, and the materials. We’ll give you exact pricing at your consultation. Smile Club members save 35% on dentures and partials.
Can you place implants if I have bone loss?
In many cases, yes. Our CBCT imaging shows how much bone you have and how dense it is. If more is needed, we’ll talk through options like bone grafting to build a stable foundation.
How long does restorative treatment take?
It depends on the treatment. A filling is usually done in one visit. A crown takes two visits, about two weeks apart. An implant needs three to six months to heal before the final restoration. You’ll get a timeline with your plan.
