Altamar Dental Studio has been family-owned in Naples since 2019. Here are the local organizations and people we’re proud to work with.
Beyond the office
Altamar is locally owned and independent. Dr. Julio Marino and Dr. Shirley Marquez live here, their daughter goes to school here, and on game days you’ll find them cheering for FC Naples.
Owning the practice ourselves means we can choose where to help, and we try to help where the need is greatest. We see it as a responsibility that comes with the privilege of caring for Naples.
Local partnerships
Primary partner
Through our partnership with Warrior Homes of Collier County, our team provides free dental care to homeless veterans.
Many of the veterans Warrior Homes serves have gone years without consistent dental treatment. Helping close that gap — and giving back some comfort, confidence and dignity — is a responsibility and an honor for us.
Community partnership
Altamar Dental Studio is the Official Dentist of FC Naples, looking after the dental health of athletes competing at the professional level here in Naples.
It’s also personal. Dr. Marino is one of the club’s loudest supporters, and we’re glad to back local pride and active lives across Collier County.
Local support
We support Naples Cancer Advisors, a local nonprofit that guides individuals and families through a cancer diagnosis.
Cancer treatment brings hard medical decisions and unexpected challenges, and it often affects oral health, too. Supporting patient advocacy and education fits what we believe: oral health, overall health and emotional wellbeing are connected.
Through Altamar Society
Through our sister brand, Altamar Society, we support local wellness initiatives such as Dink for Pink Naples by providing pickleball paddles and equipment for its charity events.
Good health is built through care, movement and community. This is one of the ways we help with the second two.

Altamar Society is the pickleball and lifestyle brand Dr. Marino started, dedicated to active living and social connection in Naples and beyond.
It makes pickleball gear, including the Tridente 1.0 paddle, and supports local wellness initiatives. Altamar Dental Studio looks after your teeth; Altamar Society gets people moving and playing together.
Serving Naples & Collier County
Our office is at 6605 Hillway Circle in Naples. We care for patients from East Naples, Lely, Lely Resort, Golden Gate and Downtown Naples, and from communities across Collier County.
We want to care for Naples families for generations, and keep supporting the local organizations that make this place home.
