Altamar is an independent private practice owned by the two dentists who treat you. Whether you need a cleaning or a full-mouth plan, Dr. Marino or Dr. Marquez looks at the whole picture and explains your options before anything starts.
Our imaging and much of our lab work are in-house: iTero Lumina scanning, CBCT 3D imaging, digital X-rays and 3D printing. Dental implants and sedation are done here too.

Preventive care
Exams, professional cleanings, digital X-rays, iTero scans and oral cancer screenings. New patients start with a $109 first visit that includes a full exam, X-rays and a cleaning when appropriate.
Periodontal care
Treatment for gum disease, including scaling and root planing, followed by ongoing periodontal maintenance to keep your gums healthy.

Fillings, crowns, implants and dentures, planned as one picture rather than one tooth at a time.
Restorative dentistry
Fillings, crowns, bridges and dentures, designed digitally for fit and function. A crown usually takes two visits, about two weeks apart.
Dental implants
Placed here by our doctors and planned with CBCT 3D imaging, from a single implant to full-arch restorations. An implant with its crown is typically $3,000–$5,000. Implant consultations are free.
Sedation dentistry
Nitrous oxide and oral sedation for patients who feel anxious about treatment. Your vital signs are monitored throughout.

Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry in Naples, FL
Invisalign, veneers, whitening and digital smile design. With a smile design or an Invisalign simulation, you can see a preview of the likely result before you decide, and we’ll explain what’s achievable for your teeth.
Invisalign
Clear aligners from an Invisalign Gold Provider, planned with iTero Lumina scans instead of impressions. Treatment averages about seven months. Consultations are free.
Porcelain veneers
Designed with digital smile design for chips, gaps, discoloration and uneven teeth. The process has five steps, including a mock-up you try in before any tooth is prepared.
Teeth whitening
Professional whitening, in the office or at home. An exam comes first, so we know whitening is right for your teeth.
Cosmetic dentistry and smile design
For larger changes, Dr. Marino or Dr. Marquez plans your smile digitally, so you can see and discuss the design before treatment. Cosmetic consultations are free.
04 · When something hurts
Emergency dentist in Naples, FL
Emergency visit
An exam with Dr. Marino or Dr. Marquez, the X-rays we need and diagnostic photos. Any treatment is separate, and we’ll talk it through with you first. You don’t need to be a patient already.
Call during office hours — Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM — and we’ll see you the same day.
When we’re closed
We’re closed Thursdays and weekends, and we don’t have an after-hours emergency number. For a life-threatening problem, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For an urgent problem — a knocked-out tooth, swelling that’s spreading, or pain you can’t manage — don’t wait for us to open. Go to an emergency dentist or urgent care that’s open now.

You can still use them here. Altamar doesn’t participate in insurance networks, so you pay Altamar directly — our team submits your claim, and any reimbursement your plan owes goes straight to you.
Paying over time
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, CareCredit and HFD financing.

No benefits? The Altamar Smile Club starts at $360/year and covers your preventive care plus meaningful savings on treatment — including 20% off fillings, crowns, root canals, veneers and bridges, and $1,000 off Invisalign.
